I signed up to BrokerBuddie. Is this the same thing?

CreditPolicy.ai is built by the same team. It takes what BrokerBuddie started and goes much further: sourced policy answers across five lending types, plus fact finds, servicing, forms and documents from one client file. It's a separate account, so start your trial with the button on this page.

Is it only for residential lending?

No. Policy Chat covers residential, commercial, asset finance, personal loans and private lenders. The servicing calculator is residential.

Where do the answers come from?

From lenders' own published credit policy documents in the CreditPolicy library. Every answer cites its source, and if the policy doesn't cover your question, it tells you rather than guessing. Always confirm current requirements with the lender before submitting.

How does the October offer work?

Enter code OCTOBER14 when you choose a plan and your free trial runs for 14 days instead of 7. A card is entered at the last step, nothing is charged during the trial, and you can cancel before it ends. Valid for trials started by 31 October 2026.

When are the iPhone and Chrome apps out?

Both are in testing now and waiting on store approval. We expect them in the next couple of weeks, and your account will work in them on day one.

Can I use it inside ChatGPT or Claude?
