A better way to work

Member value, built around the working day.

Demonstrate the real broker workflow first. Agree the network rollout and enterprise requirements separately.

An everyday tool for members

Show how Policy Chat, Client AI, Residential Servicing, Form Fill and AI Document Studio support different parts of a broker's day.

A more consistent starting point

Help members work from supporting sources and structured information, while keeping their judgement and review responsibilities clear.

Support at different experience levels

Use the pilot to learn where members need guidance, which workflows help and where your existing support team should remain involved.

Fit around existing systems

Keep your CRM, lodgement and compliance processes. Scope specific connections instead of promising an untested replacement.

An agreed rollout and support plan

Define the cohort, onboarding material, account arrangements and support responsibilities together before expanding access.

Measure usefulness, not just logins

Agree how to assess adoption, workflow usefulness, support requirements and member feedback. Reporting and data sharing need a defined scope.

A practical starting point

Then scope your rollout.

Explore the existing workspace

Show members the actual tools.

Enterprise requirements to assess

Tell us how your network works.

Network commercials, onboarding, branding, single sign-on, panel controls, reporting and portal integrations. Confirm availability and delivery against the agreed scope.

Network participation does not automatically give an aggregator access to members’ client files or conversations. Reporting and permissions must be explicitly agreed.

How we would start

A defined pilot. A clear decision point.

Begin with a group of members and agreed outcomes. Use what you learn to decide what a broader rollout needs.

STEP 01

Choose the cohort

Agree participating brokers, target workflows, responsibilities and the commercial and privacy arrangements.

STEP 02

Help members get started

Demonstrate the product, provide onboarding guidance and establish where members can ask for help.

STEP 03

Review before expanding

Assess the measures, member feedback and support needs. Confirm additional enterprise requirements before a wider rollout.

Your questions, answered

The details matter.

From the first conversation to the rollout, be clear about the scope and the boundaries.

Talk to the team →
Is this intended to replace our platform?

No. The initial proposition is an additional research and preparation workspace. Connections to your platform should be evaluated and scoped with your team.

Can we pilot it with a small group first?

Yes — a defined pilot is the proposed starting point. Agree participants, access, workflows, support, measures and commercial terms before beginning.

Do you offer network pricing?

Network arrangements are discussed separately from individual subscriptions. The proposal depends on members, usage, onboarding, support and development requirements. No fixed enterprise price is implied here.

Can we have our branding, single sign-on or a restricted panel?

Bring those requirements to the scoping discussion. Branding, single sign-on, panel controls, network reporting and portal connections are requirements to assess — not a claim that all are ready-made features.

Would we be able to see every member’s client files?

Network participation does not automatically provide access to client records or conversations. Reporting and access must be specifically agreed, authorised and appropriate for the information involved.

What should our IT and risk teams review?

Review the proposed deployment, information flows, permitted content, providers, access, retention, review responsibilities and integration permissions. Request the information relevant to the scoped pilot.
